Father's Day

For Father's Day we went ot the splash park, then came home and BBQd.

Sheena road her bike all the way there and all the way home.

Johnathan jumped right into having fun and getting wet, Sheena was not so sure. It is so funny, When Johnathan gets excited he spins in circles.

Once Sheena tested the water she sure had fun.

The Princess goes fishing

It is National fishing week, every year the fish hatchery puts on a fishing derby for children under 6. So Sheena got to go fishing for the first time this morning. It was so FUN!! Can't wait to go again at Panguitch.

First we had to get worms.

She was unsure about touching a worm, but she was thinking about it.1

Now getting worms is dirty business, as she is running away she is saying, "I got to get my Dora gloves." These are her purple gardening gloves, because a princess does not like to get their hands dirty.

Now we have worms off to fishing.

Sheena's first Fish, when I asked Aaron the size it started at 14" then grew 14 1/2 then to 16" and it just kept growing, he said 1.2lb or something.

Princesses do not like to touch slimy things.

Two fish, that was the max.

Now we must go grill the rainbow trout for lunch.

Sheena and Johnathan

I has been so nice these last couple weeks, Sheena and Johnathan have become such good friends. They play together so good, and every time Sheena has misplaced him she asks, "Where's my D'onathan" it is so cute.
A couple of months ago Johnathan started crawling and clicking his tongue, at the same time Sheena was on a Peter Pan kick. Since then Johnathan has been alligator. Sheena runs from him, "Alligators gonna get me." So precious.
Last night Sheena and I were snuggled up watching a movie, when the preview for Peter Pan came on I said to Sheena, "There is alligator." She corrected me,"Ali gator is in the crib, crocodile is in the water." I am still trying to figure out how she know about crocodiles, I thought that was too cute.

Dancing Princess Sheena's first Dance Class

What a princess I have. She was so excited about dance this morning. She needed to be a princess and her Alison also needed to be one, she was packing outfits for her. Alison is the daughter of the owner of our daycare and Sheena's BFF. Although she was unsure about the class at first, she started to warm up by the end. I love all the great low cost opportunities we have here in Bozeman.
